Dear colleagues,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to this year’s Pharmacists Healthcare Leadership Forum. What started as a shared vision among like-minded professionals last year has now grown into a powerful platform, bringing together leaders from across industries to inspire, connect, and drive meaningful change.
When we first launched this forum, our goal was simple: to recognise, empower, and celebrate pharmacists who have stepped into leadership roles. As pharmacists, we do more than dispense medication. We are crucial in shaping healthcare policies, driving innovation, and managing teams. Yet, the transition into leadership comes with challenges. This forum was created to provide the right insights, tools, and networks to help pharmacists excel in management and leadership.
This year, we are taking things to the next level. Our theme, “Insight to Impact: Empowering Leaders, Transforming Healthcare,” reflects our commitment to turning knowledge into action. Leadership is not just about expertise; it’s about influence, confidence, and the ability to drive real change.
We have carefully curated a program that includes thought-provoking discussions with industry leaders and policymakers on the evolving role of pharmacy in leadership and healthcare transformation. An engagement-driven Executive Presence Workshop designed to help pharmacists build their leadership presence and communication skills. Focused discussions addressing the unique challenges and leadership pathways. For the first time, we invite top CEOs from successful corporate businesses to share their leadership journeys, offering valuable cross-industry perspectives on strategy, resilience, and innovation.

Established in 2024, PHLF was founded as a dedicated platform for bringing pharmacy leaders together. Our mission is to foster leadership growth, facilitate knowledge sharing, and inspire career advancement within the pharmacy profession.
Inspired by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) and its vision to advance pharmacy worldwide, PHLF aligns with the global movement of strengthening leadership within the profession. This year theme, “Insight to Impact: Empowering Leaders, Transforming Healthcare,” reflects our commitment to translating knowledge into meaningful action.
